Smallboy, I want to work for you. But I have learned my lessons. Trying to do anything good around Khmer people is not worth it. Because the ones living abroad don't respect anyone. They don't respect operators or the moderators. I am living abroad. And I don't respect most of the operators at all.
So I joined the forum. Then I see that you allow chatters to be moderators. So my expectation of the forum as dropped down to a very low level.
I respect you only because you have done something for yourself. But the operators and the moderators are losers and garbage. No jobs and maybe stinky too. Cause they dont shower regularly.
I'm sorry. I'm just being honest to you.

I agree with Visil some what. I think only Smallboy or someone in his company should be allowed to be a moderator. Cause this is his business. Whatever he decides we tend to accept and respect his decisions. But if he lets chatters be monitors, it just seems not valuable or high class.

I've seen many spammers here, Good moderators will be able to finish ém all and keep your entire forum tidy.
Useless posts should be deleted, set some official rules here for forum, make it more powerful & sense.
@ Admin: If u're seeking for good moderators, just kindly re-consider in requirement u offered, choosing only old members isn't necessary. It just make us hold resentment for this. Since many newbies here, give them the chance.
First u can give ém a chance to be a Test Moderators for any period of time, then promote ém next time,n sorry for poor performance staff.
Do not think that I'm telling you what to do, just an idea to devolop our Khmer's communication.
