One question has been asked to Miss America that is it true that beautiful people are likely to have priority to get jobs compared to those who are ugly even if their working capabilities are the same.
What's your opinion?

I am newly join this site. This type of site main using educated people. I think this type of jobs employees used job benefits. I think jobs interesting about educated people. So this type of jobs join the interest 80% people.

Yeah it is true! Even when we ask the employer what kind of candidate is capable for the position, they will say, those whole list of qualities... teamwork, communication skill, blah blah.. but in the end, the good looking one tends to give a better first impression, and tend to have more chance to get the job, even if u don have all of the other qualities. And I can say, this is a majority...others that base on skills and qualities to win the job is only a minority.. So if you were born to be better looking, that's also give your some credits. Not to offence those ugly one, but the real world is just that cruel... they are the employers, they have the power to choose whoever they like.
