In any charitable works, there're always the benefactors!
When you go to the Buddhist temple or Christian church, they're always ask you for money!
When you volunteer your time for someone else someone will be full of richness, but not you! You're wasting your precious time and contribution.

Let me tell you a story...
In the 1980's the United States was introduced to the Internet for the very first time via the BBS (Bulletine Board). The BBS was the high tech Internet connection at the time... where your computer is dialing other domain services with the Internet gateway by mean of telephone dialups.
Many flocked to the BBS domain, spent hours browsing the Internet super highway. Majority of the BBS surfers found themselve locked inside the chatrooms, chatting away their precious time and their life away.
Other saw the Internet as an opportunity... Bill Gates dropped out of college to cofound Microsoft Windows and Windows products.
Steve Jobs picked up the opportunity to cofound Apple computers.
Many other students and professionals going to school to major in Computer Science and graduated with honors. Then landed themselves great careers in Information Technology.
While the Internet chatters (busy in chatroom) chatting away their education and future career. Many got fired from their job found chatting online.
Many fortune 500 companies implemented a policy against chatting online. Any employee found chatting faces declamatory actions or termination of their jobs.

They can't live without chatting..cuz no one to talk to at home or work place.
leave them alone, dont invade their world. they love enriching people. maybe they can help you too if you can convince :)

The 1980's is ancient time for the United States in term of technological advances. Many things have changed since then... There're those that are working to reinvent the Internet and is calling it the Web 2.
For Cambodia, the Internet is a new thing that provides great promises.
With its slow dialup connections, shared with many users on the same lan. They found themselves with limited uses. Too slow for downloading video media and large software files, many users in Cambodia are locked to chatroom and IM.
Welcome to the 1980 for the Cambodians!
